Mondrian maintains a database of important strata scheme documentation and makes this available to lot Owners registered on the strata roll. This information is password protected and currently available for download from a page on the Mondrian Waterloo website.
If an Owner does not have an access password, they can make written application (eg. by email) to the strata manager to obtain one.
