Bicycle Cages

Secure bike storage, leased annually – subject to availability.

Mondrian provides a number of secure bicycle cages in the basement car park, available to residents on a 12-month lease. There’s no charge for the cage itself, but a $100 deposit applies for the Owners Corporation lock. Cages are in strong demand, so before applying, check availability with the Building Manager – they’ll let you know if a cage is free or what the waiting list looks like.

Before you start

Have these ready before completing the form:

• Your apartment and lot number
• Confirmation from the Building Manager that a cage is available
• Your $100 deposit payment receipt (EFT)

Please confirm availability with the Building Manager first – there’s no point paying the deposit until a cage is free.

Cages are leased for 12 months from 31 December each year, and can be renewed subject to availability

The $100 deposit is non-refundable, but can roll over each year by arrangement with the Building Manager

Cages are for bicycles only – storing other items can result in the lease being cancelled
The Owners Corporation supplies the lock but isn’t responsible for bikes stored in the cages, so make sure your own contents insurance covers them

What happens next

• Your application goes to the Strata Manager, who confirms your deposit
• The Building Manager allocates a cage number
• You’ll be contacted when your cage is ready
