Apply for a Fire Stair Key

Secure stairwell access, for owners and their agents.

Fire stairs at Mondrian are key-controlled from outside the buildings, with access to each level restricted to owners on that floor. If you need an additional or replacement Fire Stair Key, this form starts the process. Keys are $55 each (incl. GST), and can only be issued to the lot owner or their registered agent – not directly to tenants.

Before you start

Have these ready before completing the form:

• Your apartment and lot number
• The floor or area your apartment is accessed from
• The number of keys you need
• Your EFT payment receipt (keys are $55 each, incl. GST)
• If a tenant will collect the key — their name and contact details, plus your authorisation

Payment must be made by EFT before the key is issued. The bank details are shown on the form – please pay first, then attach your receipt.

What happens next

• Your application goes to the Strata Manager, who confirms your payment
• Once confirmed, the Building Manager prepares your key
• You’ll be advised when it’s ready for collection
• Photo ID is required at collection
