Activity Conditions:

• The Building Manager MUST be advised of your Move-in, Move-out or Large Delivery, at least 3 business days prior to the activity, by completing and submitting this form.
• Move-ins, Move-outs and Large Delivery items can take place between 7:30am
  and 5:00pm Monday to Sunday.
• There is NO loading lock available on site. Car park access is restricted to a height of 2050mm.
• Where a building lobby and or an elevator is used to access your floor Move-ins, Move-outs and Large Delivery, lift protection curtains will be fitted by the Building Manager or cleaner.
• Building 1 does not have a lift. Access is via the ground floor gate between Buildings 1 and 2.
• Removalist vehicles usually park on Powell St or Hawksley & Short Sts, adjacent the Short Street Pocket Park.
• You are responsible for the actions of your removalist and/or contractors.
• Damage to Common Property – The Building Manager must be advised immediately if any damage to common property occurs. Please note that the Building Manager may take images of the access pathways, lifts and hallways prior and after moves.
• Liability for damage to Common Property – All repair costs associated with damage to common property will be charged to the resident.
• Moving boxes, waste & packaging is to be removed from the building immediately. You may be able to arrange a council pick up for larger items. Please contact the Building Manager for details.
• Lift Doors – Please DO NOT use boxes or other items to keep the lift doors
  open. Restricting the doors to close will cause damage to the lifts’ operation.
  Should this occur, the cost of repairs will be invoiced to the resident undertaking
  the move.
