Help us keep our records up to date – for the building, and for you.

Mondrian’s Building Manager and Strata Manager rely on having current contact details for every resident. Whether you’ve just moved in, you’re a long-term owner, or your details have changed, please take a few minutes to complete the form below. It helps us reach you quickly when it matters — building notices, package deliveries, emergency events, or simply confirming who lives where.

Before you start

Have these details ready before completing the form:

• Your apartment number and lot number (lot number is on your strata records — owners will know it; tenants can ask their landlord or agent)
• Mobile numbers and email addresses for all adult residents
• Vehicle details and car space numbers, if you park onsite
• Leasing agent contact details — if you’re a tenant
• An emergency contact who doesn’t live in the apartment

Most fields take a minute or two to fill in. Optional fields can be left blank, but the more complete your record, the easier it is for the Building Manager to reach you.

What we do with your details

Your contact details are held by the Building Manager and Strata Manager for the day-to-day running of Mondrian Waterloo. We use them to:

• Send building-wide notices (planned maintenance, AGM dates, system outages)
• Notify you about parcels, deliveries, or visitor access
• Contact you directly about your apartment or car space
• Reach your nominated emergency contact if we can’t reach you

Your details aren’t shared with third parties, sold, or used for any other purpose. If your details change at any time, just resubmit this form — or email the Building Manager directly.

When to update your details

Please resubmit this form whenever any of the following changes:

• You move in or out
• A resident is added (new partner, family member, or housemate)
• Your mobile number or email changes
• Your vehicle, registration, or car space changes
• Your leasing agent changes (tenants)
• Your emergency contact changes
